As you can see above, the run takes place this OCTOBER 7TH, at Taman Metropolitan Kepong.

Each participant will receive their special edition t-shirt, a bib and a rubber wristband before starting the run. Their theme for this year is Gold x Black - which I think is very fitting especially with the KL2017 SEA GAMES happening right now. I love seeing all the support and unity of everyone during this game - and I don't think I've ever seen so much passion throughout my 4 years back in Malaysia.

Let's be honest here - you totally fell in love with the design right? RIGHT? Haha, because I totally did. It's very simple, yet stylish I guess - and that was what attracted me. A good t-shirt is all the more incentive to run right? 

I was a participant of this run last year, and although I'm a bit sad that no one came and interviewed me (just kidding haha), this run was my first ever run - and it totally changed every view I had of runs before! No seriously, it did. To those who knows me personally, you would know how UNFIT AND A LAZY SLOB that I am, but I was pretty wowed after participating in this run. It's more awesome because not only is it fun to actually run (and try to get fit for me) but you actually can see that your money is going to a great cause. No kidding - some of the orphans actually came and participated in the run itself! Cool 'aite? Some of the smaller ones were there too, but I guess the committees  organized games and activities for them, which was cool too cause you get to see their smiling faces.
